how i assign specific data to specific user quota in xsan 3.1

hello Every one,

i have xsan V3.1

now the data in the new volume is moved by admin so it's not belong to anyone quotes.

What i Need :

I need to assign this data to a specific users so it can be counts in their quotes

how i can do this
